How do I get here? Setup ► Notifications ► Agents
Purpose

The News and Updates Admin Tool can be accessed by selecting News and Updates from the Setup - Notifications Menu. This can be useful for displaying notices to all types of users.

The Audience field designates who will see the News & Update item when they login. These notifications appear on the right side of the Home screen. Notifications can have a start/end date or be set to never expire.

The Grid will show all News and Updates that have been setup in the system regardless of expiration date.

Editor View - Users can use the WYSIWYG toolbar to add in text and format it however they please.

Home Screen - News and Updates show on the home screen based on the Audience chosen. Updates will appear as long as the expiration date has not passed.

    • Agent - message will appear on the Agent Portal
    • Customer – message will appear on the Customer Portal
    • Internal - message will appear on the Main TBS Portal
    • All - message will appear on all portals
    • Wholesale - message will appear on the Wholesale Portal
